From award-winning films to insightful instagram captions, Che Applewhaite creates work that makes you think deeper about what we see in artistic and academic spaces.

Meeting Tania through a research fellowship in undergrad, Che then took his research and produced a short documentary, “A New England Document,” which went on to receive international recognition and awards.

In future projects, Che will bring awareness to issues in Trinidad & Tobago and promote critical engagement and discourse where art and colonial history intersect with everyday life.
