Tania does a lot.
Born in Mexico City and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Tania’s career has led her on a journey that melds a rich cultural heritage with a passion for storytelling. In 2021, she graduated from Harvard University with a joint Bachelor’s degree in Romance Studies and Film Production, setting the stage for her multifaceted career in the world of arts and media.
Tania's film contributions include writing and producing for multiple short film and TV projects. Currently, she serves as one of the producers on Hannia Yeverino’s short film, PUNKS, that will begin its festival run at the inaugural New Jersey Hispanic Film Festival. She is also a 2024 Disruptors Fellow working on writing an original sci-fi TV drama.
In the realm of podcasting, she wears the hats of both host and producer for The Most Interesting People On My Timeline. Additionally, her voice has resonated on platforms such as the Nuestro South Podcast, where she served as a story fellow, as well as on A Shot of Truth Podcast and the Juntos Community Podcast.
As the Artist Development Co-Lead for the Undocumented Filmmakers Collective, she contributes to fostering emerging talent in the film industry.
She also completed the rigorous No Label Academy music business intensive at Harvard in 2023, further expanding their expertise in entertainment.
Her creative endeavors delve into Latinx cultural history, suburban nostalgia, migration, and niche internet culture. Splitting her time between Los Angeles and Atlanta, Tania continues to explore and amplify underrepresented narratives across mediums.
